It has become critically urgent To creation And establish a bill that would make it illegal unlawful and a crime, for any politician or clerk or counsel or a political party to propose any legislation that encroaches impedes attacks or is Perverse's or repugnant to our / The people's Declaration of Independence, or our Bill of Rights, and the Constitution of the United States of America.
We have entered into a state of legislative warfare in America, And we must not continue down this path, For it will surely guarantee the destruction of our nation!
I do not write with ambiguity so that there is full understanding in my writing and no intent of misinterpretation of what I am saying. You do not need a roadmap or A dictionary or encyclopedia or a translator to understand or to communicate honestly, the truth is the direct path to understanding, anything else is a disguised, a creation designed to mislead, to steal and misinform and to cause injury.
Ambiguity is when the meaning of a word, phrase, or sentence is uncertain. ... Typically, it is best to avoid ambiguity in your writing. When you make statements that are ambiguous, you confuse the reader and hinder the meaning of the text, And Understanding of the message.
Ambiguity is the architectural engineered design of fraud mastered by the American Bar Association for the sole purpose of theft by deception.

This Bill will be called The Constitutional Protection and Preservation Act.

This Bill is to defend And secure the people's God-given rights, and documents of our laws of liberty and freedoms, known as the Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights, and the Constitution of United States of America.
This bill does not infringe upon any rights of any politician, it just states the consequences of literary and verbal Legislative assault of and on the liberties and freedoms of the American people! you will still have the right to speak and to provide any legislation that you wish, except now if it's malicious in design and harmful to the American people you will be held accountable and prosecuted for it.
The reason for the demand of this bill is because of cause and effect, of the malicious designed of some men in the political theater caused and created the need for this Legislation and bill to be written and implemented, this bill is the effect of their malicious designs to destroy and infringe the liberties and freedoms of a Free people,and a nation who believes in liberties and freedoms as one of the most Sacred gifts From the creator God Himself.
Any politician who with Suggestions Of infringement With bills or legislation that infringes In any way, shape or form upon our constitutional liberties and freedoms and protection Thereof! This will be Construed and Considered as a Weapon for a hostile takeover attempt Of our political system and form of government.
And those Employed in government employment will be declared an enemy of the People and the state And Shall be charged in violation of their oath of office, and shall be impeached within 24 hours of proposing any such legislation to molest or perverse the citizen's liberties and freedoms.
And shall lose all monies benefits and gratuities of all contracts previously held with the government and the people, and their position and power and emoluments shall be defined as Rescinded and void and null, any and all properties and gratuities will be returned to the people in full and made whole.
And this bill should also be added to the oath of office, to be applied to any government official holding any position of emolument within the United States of America.
The government and government employees are the Servants of the People, The People Are Not Servants of or to the Government!
When the Servants of the People Fail to Protect the People they work for / Employer or the Employer's Assets, that employee /servant Has Failed to Perform Their Job And Duties, and therefore is NO Longer To be considered Trustworthy to hold Any positions of employment within Our government.
This bill would also Ensure One Other Thing, That All People working to design legislation would have to take the time to edify themselves on the fundamental foundation that this nation was built upon Because their Insinuated ignorance would exclude them And disqualify them from the process.
Because of the political monopolies in control of government, this bill the Constitution Protection and preservation act, has become Critically necessary to protect And ensure the citizens right to have representation in government, because of the political monopolies that have and are excluding citizens input in government this bill is now a mandatory demand of and by the people to reestablish, to ensure that the citizens will have fair and equal representation in government.
There shall be No legislation without the Constitutional representation controls by the people!
Without this constitutional protection And preservation Bill, we are almost certain to be engaged in Civil War once again here in America.
When a politician states you cannot have a bill like this because it's unlawful unconstitutional, because this restricts their unlawful and unconstitutional acts against we the people, they believe that they have the right to alter change infringe on our rights and laws to control the people, when in fact that it is just the opposite of what their job description is!
it is we the people that write the laws and regulations to control government actors, by denying this bill they give credibility to everything I have written and proved without a shadow of a doubt, that this bill needs not only to be Law, but it is the duty of every American citizen to make sure that this bill is Law in every State and County throughout America to guarantee our Constitutional representation will not be infringed by corrupt monopolies in government,Which has become a far to common occurrence!
Without this legislation To control The malicious designs of men, What will Stop them from destroying the very foundation of all the Liberties and freedoms of all American citizens?
Any politician who stands in opposition of this bill has declared themselves as an enemy to the liberties and freedoms of a free and independent People and an enemy to the United States of America!
