Ex-Secret Service agent files conspiracy lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and others
A retired Secret Service agent who formerly worked in the Clinton White House has filed a RICO lawsuit against some of the biggest names and entities from the liberal establishment. Gary J. Byrne testified against then-President Bill Clinton during the Monica Lewinsky investigation and later divulged embarrassing details about the Washington power couple in a provocative tell-all book.
Now, Byrne is taking the liberal old guard to court, accusing the Clintons of masterminding a subversive criminal syndicate featuring some of the wealthiest and most influential donors from the American political left.
His lawsuit targets “racketeer-influenced and corrupt organizations” which a collectively referred to as “The Enterprise” in his official complaint.
The Enterprise
Bryne’s suit includes an exhaustive list of defendants, including the names of several progressive activists, shadowy partisan operatives and champagne socialists who have dominated headlines for a bevy of scandals in recent years.
As of Wednesday, electronic summons had been issued to the following individuals and organizations:

Byrne’s complaint is a mash-up of fringe conspiracies and more tangible offenses related to his testimony in the Lewinsky case and the publication of his book, Crisis of Character: A White House Secret Service Officer Discloses His Firsthand Experience with Hillary, Bill, and How They Operate.
The legal summary touches on the Clinton email scandal, the Uranium One deal, “human and electronic surveillance,” Clinton Foundation corruption, Fusion GPS, and the murder of Hillary Clinton staffer Seth Rich, among many other accusations that have likely been trafficked by the likes of Alex Jones and associates. Read below for a taste of Byrne’s litigious stream-of-consciousness:
This Enterprise has taken such attacks to an unprecedented and chilling new level – involving illegal domestic human and electronic surveillance, and tradecraft such as “lures” run at Byrne in order to obstruct the Hillary Clinton e-mail and Clinton Foundation Investigations by the agencies of the Obama government, all against private citizens in order to assist Hillary Clinton become the 45th President of the United States, destroy Gary Byrne, and enrich themselves.According to investigations of the United States Congress, and as anticipated to emerge from numerous ongoing government investigations, Hillary Clinton and certain other Enterprise named and unknown named, and high-level surrogates, colluded with Russian intelligence (SVR and FSB) and a disgraced (and according to a referral from the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary, a putative criminal) former British intelligence officer (Christopher Steele) to accomplish their illicit and unconstitutional objectives. These Enterprise defendants, surrogates and participants have their opportunity to properly respond before a court they knowingly misled many times using the most powerful counterintelligence tools available. Let them do so now.The complaint ultimately concludes that, “This is sedition, bordering on treason, and patently illegal.”
Billionaire dollar suit
The RICO case has been assigned to Judge Paul L. Friedman from the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and in addition to Byrne, a fellow veteran Secret Service employee and CNN Law Enforcement Analyst Jonathan Wackrow are named as defendants in the suit. They are seeking $1.5 billion in damages.
It is important to note that Byrne’s allegations are being made in civil court, where he simply needs to file a grievance and pay court costs to proceed.
It should be interesting to see how the former federal agent’s attorney plans to argue that Byrne was personally injured by the FISA courts, the Clinton Foundation or the murder of Seth Rich, for instance.
This isn’t Byrne’s first legal skirmish with some of the defendants, either. In 2016, his lawyers went to the press with plans to file a defamation lawsuit against liberal mega-donor David Brock and Media Matters for disputing his account of the Clinton family.
Brock has referred to Byrne as a “smear merchant,” and accused him of lying about his observations of Bill and Hillary Clinton. In response, Byrne insisted that his testimony was true and complained that “since I can’t get on mainstream media to set the record straight, I’m going to have to do it in court.”
