The Audit Results match with True the Vote's identification of an organized ballot forging group working across multiple states.
1. The server was hacked to get a list of those who had not returned a mail-in ballot
2. Thousands (hundreds of thousands?) of forged votes were dropped on Maricopa at the last minute
3. Signature identification shows signatures going from 95% legible to suddenly 95% illegible at the last minute
4. 34,000+ duplicate ballots showed up because some of the people on that hacked list had ballots in the mail when it was pulled.
What needs explanation is how Maricopa had that incredulous (52.6%) 661,284 increase in EVB return envelopes over 2016 when the population of the county only increased 9% from 2016 to 2020—and not all the new people were eligible to vote?
Some of that huge increase in 2020 includes voters who decided to vote by mail, because of Covid, rather than in person as they did in 2016. But, that number is only 143,000. The In person votes were 343,000 in 2016 and about 200,000 in 2020, indicating 143,000 people switched to mail ballots in 2020 rather than vote in person.
The total of all votes in Maricopa 2016 was 1.6 million. In 2020 it was 2.1 million—a half million votes more than 2016. The total number of EVB ballots as shown by Dr Shiva was 661,284 greater than 2016. If you count those 143,000 as switched to voting by mail within the 661,284, it still leaves 518,000 more ballots cast in 2020 than were cast in 2016 over all.
My suspicion is that upwards of a half million votes in Maricopa are invalid. Calling in Dr. Frank for that one. What also needs explanation is what happened to Jovan Pulitzer's forensic examination of the paper for artifacts of transport through the postal system. There was no mention of that in the hearing.
