If lawyers who are bar agents and part of the judiciary branch of government, are also in the legislative body of government, and they are writing law or statute codes and regulations under the color of law, that will Financially and politically benefit the judiciary branch of government, And increases The judiciary Political power And standing in government, does this not violate the separation of powers?
Is this not one political branch of government usurping the powers of another branch of government? Or is this a foreign government organization performing a political coup of all our political powers, to overthrow and replace our form of government with a monarchy or dictatorship?
Monopolizing all the branches of government that are supposed to be separated from individual powers, into one branch of government and one political force that is foreign and repugnant to our form of government!
Is this not what the founding fathers warned us about? Is this not the purpose of our Constitution, the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights, to stop this tyrannical behavior?
