WHAT PATRIOTS CAN DO TO SAVE OUR REPUBLIC

What patriotic Americans can do to resist the destruction of our constitutional republic.
First, recognize that the United States is not a functioning constitutional republic, but a government being deliberately transformed into a one-party totalitarian state.
The federal government, as an institution, is hopelessly corrupt and, although we have elections, we do not have a representative government. It cannot be reformed. It can only be ripped out and replaced.
Do not expect any top-down solutions for America’s problems to miraculously emerge from Washington D.C. The U.S. government has seceded from the people.
The United States already has a political aristocracy that sees itself as distinct from the rest of society and as the only element that may act on its behalf. The ruling class considers those who resist it as having no moral or intellectual right, and, now, any civil right as well.
Republican Party leaders neither contest that view nor vilify their Democrat counterparts because they do not want to challenge the ruling class, they want to be part of it.
The Republican leadership has solidified its choice to no longer represent what had been its constituency, but to adopt the identity of junior partners in the ruling class. By repeatedly passing bills that contradict the views of its voters.
The only remaining course of action for patriotic Americans, who want to restore our constitutional republic, is a bottom-up political insurgency based on the Constitution and the Founding documents.

SAVING INDIVIDUAL BIRTHRIGHTS

We must take back our individual birthrights. Stop obeying other people; they have no jurisdiction over anyone.
It is time to expose the 6000-year-old LIE! Admiralty Maritime law, known as legalism, the BAR Society, (British Accreditation Regency), is NOT the law of Living people; it only applies to legally registered and regulated, "property and commerce", and anything that is incorporated like the corporation of your legal name created under a berth certificate number and name; it is an, “incorporated business License”, and it is regulated and licensed in the activity of that “IDENTITY”. This is the TRUTH we must come to understand.
The berth certificate is issued under an act of fraud so it is void under the law. It draws you into a state of bondage under contract whereas; you were free prior to the fraud that has been committed against you. They all have an issue date as well as a berth date. That issue date is the date that the legal fiction is created under the name/business license issued under false pretense, robbing you of all birth rights and property of any kind. You will not find one single legal act or statute or whatever that says this or that applies to a “Living MAN or a Living WOMAN”.
Not one single instance exists because living men and living women are not property nor are they corporations. It always says “person(s)” because a person is a legal fiction, a persona, a mask worn by an actor; it is always the dead man or dead woman brought to life using personification and necromancy and having a civil life. There are 3 questions under the Common Law Jurisdiction, from the Royal law. 1) Am “i” a Living Man or Living Woman property? 2) Do you as an individual have a signed contract in my hand that gives you authority over “i” a Living Man or Living Woman? 3) Do you, as a representative of the Service Corporation of Canada or of any service corporation, have a signed contract in my hand that gives you, as the representative of the service corporation, authority over “i” a Living Man or Living Woman? The answer to all 3 is a resounding NO. You have just established that no legal jurisdiction exists between you and whomever you are speaking with. Now you must establish that YOU are, “not”, ACTING in the capacity of the legal person that is owned property, registered, regulated, and licensed, by the government under the undisclosed information attached to the registered berth certificate.
YOU are NOT engaged in COMMERCE or under CONTRACT with anyone. Produce the man or woman that has laid a claim against me where I have trespassed or caused harm to them. Common-Law deals with real beings, whereas, legalism deals with fictional things. Everyone is truly equal under a Common Law system. The berth certificate is issued under the concealment of information, which is a fraud, which is a criminal act, which voids the contract. There is a 4th question you can add in these current times. 4) Can you provide me with a verified and isolated sample of something called SarsCov2? I know of 180 FOIA requests from 180 different sources that all say there is no sample to provide. So, no sample exists anywhere in the world. You do understand that you would have to have a sample of something to prove it exists right.
You would need a sample to manufacture a vaxx too right. I don't know why so many people are so easily led down the garden path but they are.No one, under any circumstances has the right to tell anyone else what they can or cannot do, ever. This does exclude the parent-child relationship of course. If you live in a society where this is considered normal, that society is mentally ill. Anyone that trespasses or attempts to trespass against your rights is liable for their actions and any appropriate response deemed to be necessary as a result of their actions.

I wonder what she thought As she stood there, strong and tall. She couldn't turn away, She was forced to watch it all. Did she long to offer comfort As her country bled? With her arm forever frozen High above her head. She could not shield her eyes, She could not hide her face She just stared across the water Keeping Freedom's place. The smell of smoke and terror Somehow reduced her size So small within the harbor But still, we recognized... How dignified and beautiful On a day so many died I wonder what she thought, And I know she must have cried.
IT IS TIME THAT "WE THE PEOPLE" PUT THE CONTENT OF ONE'S CHARACTER OVER AND ABOVE ANYTHING ELSE IN THE USE OF OUR MOST VALUABLE ASSETS, OUR VOTE, OUR FREEDOM, AND OUR LIBERTY!
