Dominion’s statement:
“Releasing Dominion’s intellectual property to an unaccredited, biased, and plainly unreliable actor such as Cyber Ninjas would be reckless, causing irreparable damage to the commercial interests of the company and the election security interests of the country,”
Do you think the capacity of their machines to connect to the internet, which they originally denied, makes their intellectual property and election security interests of the country vulnerable to cyber attack? That wouldn’t be reckless?
Dominion claims it is protecting its intellectual property. And by virtue of it conducting the US election, the US election itself then becomes it’s intellectual property?
Did Dominion deliberately interface its intellectual property with the election security interests of the country? Why would they do that? Was it to hide ‘sources and methods of a cheating scheme? Sound familiar?
What I don’t understand is how the Dominion equipment is proprietary to Dominion. Doesn’t AZ own the equipment and thus owns all the passwords and administrative rights to the equipment? How can Dominion deny the state access to their own equipment?
just like Microsoft claims proprietary ownership for their software after you buy it so too does Dominion on installed OS and operating software for their various systems…the break in this logic comes in when the entire device including software requires “certification” to be allowed in elections for administering and counting ballots.
Dominion was designed and built to intentionally CHANGE election results to the desired outcome….one county in GA had a 93% ERROR rate on their ballot which required adjudication (a PERSON deciding what the voter wanted) where the LEGALLY allowable error rate in federal elections is something like 0.0008%…the ASOG final report on the Antrim County machines in MI states explicitly the high error rate (63% there) could ONLY be by design in the interest of getting ballots adjudicated away from as many security protocols as normal voting.
And this is why massive electoral fraud in multiple states using Dominion machines has already been proven by the Arizona audit without a single report being published.
In multiple states, the rate of ballot scans being sent to “adjudication” was ludicrously high. This leads to two points:
1. The high scan error rate should have triggered a critical error, shutting the election count down. That this protocol was bypassed = FRAUD.
2. The Arizona audit has set the benchmark for the speed of human adjudication per ballot image. That the speed of ballot adjudication during the 2020 election exceeds this by at least an order of magnitude = FRAUD.

"THE UNWOKE MSM" PUSHING THEIR NARRATIVE
4 years later the election interference is open, flagrant, and in your face; and laid out in detail in Time magazine. Captains of industry boast of "de-platforming" Trump and his supporters. The (in) Justice Department is vigorously seeking to prosecute the Jan 6 petitioners, even as it drops charges and pays compensation to the rioters who tried to disrupt Trump's inaugural 4 years earlier.
The Patriots didn't act like Antifa. Where were the fires? Where were the smashed car windows? The vandalized businesses? What courthouse did they set fire to? The patriot's protest lasted only hours. Antifa and BLM protests lasted weeks.
Seems to me we have a case of high double standards here. When Antifa and BLM riot, and destroy property, it's called a "mostly peaceful protest", "because property damage is not violence"; when patriots have legitimate grievances and attempt to express those grievances to their elected representatives in person, it's called a "riot" or "insurrection", and "attack".
Seems to me too many people have forgotten the Bill of Rights and what it says: Here's a refresher:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
