I have been calling for this since the day Biden was inaugurated installed. Every conservative state should do likewise.
There are only ~200K armed federal agents. Not only must state/county/local entities refuse to enforce unconstitutional laws or EOs, but they must also prevent the feds (agents and bureaucrats) from doing so. Arrest and expel them (after confiscating their weapons). Padlock and guard the federal buildings to deny them a base of operations. Deputize legal gun owners to assist if needed. (I suspect there are >200K armed citizens in ND alone.)
This is how to bring the DC Leviathan down -- not secession, but nullification. Expose it as the paper tiger it actually is. Eventually, it will collapse of its own dead weight, leaving nothing to secede from. With just a little luck, it will collapse by the end of this year -- the 30th anniversary of the collapse and breakup of that other evil Leviathan, the USSR.

A Lesson in Logic
There were 135 million registered voters in the US.
Everyone agrees President Trump got a solid minimum of 75 million votes (some say more but let's leave it at that).
135-75 = 60 even to someone educated in the US public school system there is something grossly wrong with this. So essentially China Joe got 20 votes from where? How was this possible? How could 20 million people just show up on election day to vote who have never done so before to beat the President? Didn't happen!
