Political Communist Ideology According To The Democratic Party On The Law
Democratic Party is planning a war on half of AmericaThe United States of America was known as a nation of law, but the Democratic Party have Given themselves Exemptions and immunities and changed the definition And application of the law to only pertain to some, and they have created a standard in law that only applies to some and it is not applied Equally to the Elitist Democrats, they have turned the judiciary and the laws from liberty and justice for all, into a Prejudice Political weapon to suppress those who do not share the same political communist ideology as those in the Democratic Party.
The Declaration of Independence is the basis for Fair and righteous government where the laws are applied equally to all without discrimination, regardless of ethnic background, sex, color, religion, or age, the declaration of independence was a Declared and ordained independent standing for all of the people Of the United States of America to be treated equally in all quarters especially Pertaining to the law.
The Declaration of Independence does not apply to the state entities, the state entities upon joining and agreeing to the Constitution of the United States of America binds The states to the laws and the codes Of the union of states and the moral guidance of the Declaration of Independence, but the states are not independent That pertains Only to the people, the United States of America was created so that the laws would be the same unilaterally across the nation, and more importantly so that they did not discriminate against any group of people for any reason, ensuring that our laws were fair and just and that every American citizen was Insured With liberty and justice without prejudice, and to reinforce these standings and principles the Bill of Rights was created to ensure that states new the absolute limits of their authorities and powers pertaining to the people who created these states and entities, Known as the union of states, or the United States of America.
When any actor state wishes to alter or to reform the Constitution of the United States of America, they are basically saying that they are removing the Control and independent standing of the people of that state, Or states and that they do not agree with the Declaration of Independence, and they do not agree with the Constitution and the controls And limits of power that the people have applied to There government With the controls that the Constitution was designed as a barrier to protect And to Insure the people's liberties and freedoms Were never trespassed upon again, And in changing the laws that the people the creators of this government designed to ensure that liberty and justice would be fairly applied to all across this country.
When any government entity takes an oath of office to protect and to defend the Constitution of the United States of America, they are taking and swearing that oath of office to the people of the United States of America, for the United States of America is an indivisible entity that does not exist in flesh and form, and the only standing that the United States of America has is in paper and words, And the same would apply for states and only exists in authority and powers when supported by the people.
When any government agents/ law enforcement agency or military agents stand between the people and their government they are performing treason against their oath of office which is felony perjury, and they are removing the people's rights to be a self-governed people, that this nation was based And created upon By we the people, and for the people with liberty and justice for all, when you remove the liberty and justice for all you have altered The people's control of this nation, And We the people's standing of a nation of And by the people, to an alternate form of government that no longer can provide liberty and justice for all, And completely changing the people's form of government, into a tyrannical and suppressive form of government.
