Just hours before the first presidential debate last night, National Intelligence Director John Ratcliffe informed the Senate Judiciary Committee that intelligence from Russia, obtained by the U.S. intelligence community in 2016, accuses Hillary Clinton of approving the Trump, Russia collusion hoax before it all began.
