When ANY representative of the people violates the oath of office it is the equivalent as performing corporate espionage against a corporation or company which is the equivalent of treason To that corporation or company it is the works of a corporate spy as an insider working to perform a hostile takeover from within by undermining the corporations Constitution, policies and business strategies, so why is it we never hear of any representative / politician being charged with any of the criminal acts under the federal criminal codes, such as US- 18- 241 and US- 18- 242 these are just two of the federal laws that these representatives should be charged with immediately when they violate their oath of office, remember that when they're not defending the Constitution against all threats foreign and domestic they are WARRING against the very Constitution that they swore an oath to protect and defend, that is perjury and treason against the people for whom they work for, no representative no one works for government, they work in government for the people, if they are working for government they are performing treason and piracy against the people.
And remember this those who witness these crimes being performed by the representatives and do nothing should be charged as accomplices as well because they are not defending the Constitution that they swore an oath to uphold and defend, it is their duty under the Constitution to protect it as well the by not filing charges against these pirates of liberty these individuals are guilty of the same crimes!
And every judge all the way to the Supreme Court, these judges and their clerks should be reminded of their oath and by not keeping that oath and defending this Constitution they are guilty of the same crimes!
