Hello friends, Bill Sharpe Here...
What is the Constitution of the United States of America? and What is its purpose?
When the 13 colonies decided to organize and become a nation, they needed a contract or compact that made all 13 states equal in power and authority, so they wrote the Constitution which are the parameters and rules of government, this makes each state equal in power, and no state could have any more powers than any other state, these by design are the parameters of this contract and the foundation of our nation, they are the rules and form of our government, and it is called a constitutional republic, Which by definition is of and by the people.
The founding fathers wrote into the Constitution and made sure that all states were guaranteed only one form of government, and that is a constitutional republic, as stated in article 4 section 4 of the Constitution of the United States of America.
The founding fathers created the federal government, And the federal government became another signatory to the Constitution, Just like adding another state to the union, the federal government became an arbitrator to the states to settle disputes between the states and to do international business, in saying that the federal government had no more powers delegated to them that anyone state, the federal government is bound by the same constitutional parameters of government because the Constitution is and are the rules and form of our government and that all the states including the federal government agreed to by entering into this constitutional compact as a nation.
The purpose of the Constitution was to protect the independent standing of a free people, and the Declaration of Independence, Which is The foundation and our form of government and, the Constitution of the United States of America was engineered and designed specifically to defend and protect the Declaration of Independence, from any internal usurpation of power by any one state or a combination of states, or the federal government, these are the safeguards and the checks and balances to maintain a constitutional republic of a free people, every state that has entered into compact or contract after the original 13 states, all states must and have agreed that the Constitution of the United States of America is the only form of government allowed by compact and or contract to be established and ordained in the United States of America.
Any attempt to change our form of government is an attempt to overthrow our government, of and by we the people, and to replace it with any form of government foreign to the ideology of the people of the United States of America is treason! and this is being openly displayed by almost every member of the Democratic Party, but it is the Democratic Party's format to destroy this constitutional republic and to replace it with a communist form of government, where everyone is equal in poverty except for the elitist and those who watch over the slaves, a two-tier justice system that is repugnant to a constitutional republic form of government, and that's why it says in the Constitution of the United States of America and in Mason's manual of the legislative procedure that anything repugnant to the Constitution of the United States is void for effect.
Do the states or the federal government
have unlimited authority and powers??
The answer is Absolutely NO! and this is Why.
On the enumerated Restraints ( The Bill of rights) on the exercise of power is not
subject to interpretation or modification by the entity the restraints are
being imposed upon, the restraints imposed by the amendments which were adopted
years after the Constitution was ratified to override the legislative,
executive and judicial or administrative powers of the government.
If this were not the case the
restraints would be meaningless! because the government could simply circumvent
them modify them or remove them at will.
Why would the states have requested and
adopted enumerated restraints on the Government and all Government's (states and federal government ) power! subsequent to the Ratification of the Constitution,
if the government possessed the authority or powers to nullify them?
You only have to ask these individuals in
government one question, where do their authorities come from to violate our
rights? Because they do not have any authority to do this.
Nowhere in the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence or the Bill of Rights is the authority granted through the emoluments are given to government agents or agencies to violate the people's rights!
and this would be
a violation of the emoluments clause in the Constitution, along with treason
and tyranny to overthrow this Republic form of government and to replace it
with a foreign government's ideology, and that is what makes it treason.
Marbury vs Madison (1803) The U.S. Supreme
Court case (1803)
established the principle of judicial review—the power of the federal courts to
declare legislative and executive acts unconstitutional. The unanimous opinion
was written by Chief Justice John Marshall.
The truth is the legislative body created the judiciary, so the judiciary is inferior to the legislative body, the legislative body was created first by the people, and all Political powers flow through the people, The creator cannot be inferior to the creation.
Murdoch versus Pennsylvania you cannot convert a right into a privilege.
Miller versus the US, no right can be converted into a criminal act.
"Any law repugnant to the Constitution is null and void" For effect.
If the charging or the accusing body, cannot prove the charges are law, they have no subject matter jurisdiction, and are performing piracy of rights or Barratry!
The Constitution of the United States of America is supreme law over, executive orders, statutes, codes, regulations, or policy!
What would be the purpose of having the federal government if it was not to keep the states in check and within the parameters of the Constitution, there would be no need to have a federal Constitution if the states could violate it at will! That's why the states created the federal government to make sure that all of the states stayed within the parameters of a Republican form of government, this is also why all members of government must take an oath of office to uphold and protect the Constitution, to keep everyone within the parameters of our form of government, and violating the parameters of the Constitution, is by
Definition perjury and treason!

I would recommend that everybody go online and take a free course on the Constitution from Hillsdale college, I would also recommend that everybody should join a local militia group and a patriot organization.
