“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” ― Edmund Burke
Dusty Johnson is a US House Representative for South Dakota. I am on his mailing list. Below is the message I got from him today.
Today, the House passed legislation to put Washington, DC on the path to statehood.
Washington DC is a city, not a state. That's the way our Founders intended it in our Constitution. Unfortunately, Democrats in Congress want to change that to tilt the balance of power in Washington in their favor.
I'm leading the fight against DC statehood with my District of Columbia-Maryland Reunion Act. It's pretty simple. If we want to give voting representation in Congress to DC residents, then give the portions of DC where people live back to Maryland. We know that works because that's what we did in 1849 when we gave the residential areas on the Virginia side of DC back to Virginia.
From expanding the Supreme Court to making DC a state, the last few weeks have shown that Democrats are willing to fundamentally change our institutions to pursue their progressive agenda. You can count on me to stand on conservative, limited government principles and fight against these misguided partisan power-grabs, but I need your help. Will you stand with me?

These are things that terrify me:
A. Joe Biden is sitting in the oval office.
B. The Press is controlled by Leftists.
C. Big Tech is driven by Globalists that seek a One World Order.
D. The majority of our colleges and universities are brainwashing our young people with anti-American propaganda.
E. Illegal immigration is going to explode again.
F. Our economy is going to falter.
G. The Biden administration is about to restore Iran on the path to nuclear arms.
But what terrifies me most of all is that we just watched a Fraud be installed in the White House and the vast majority of American Patriots are not connected to any united effort that could have corrected that... and dealt with all of the items on my list. That's what terrifies me most.

Big Tech has greatly reduced the distribution of our stories in our readers' newsfeeds and is instead promoting mainstream media sources. Keep on seeking the truth, rally your friends and family and expose as much corruption as you can… every little bit helps add pressure on the powers that are no more.
Richard, did you mention to the good Rep. Johnson that he wouldn't need the support he's asking for had the rights of the voters been important enough to the so called GOP lawmakers in the first place. I recently contacted the good Rep. Johnson about what one his colleagues was doing in MN during Chauvins trial. You probably heard about Rep Waters calling on the people to violence if the outcome wasn't what they expected. The good Rep. Johnson didn't have the time to answer. Little did I know, he was busy endorsing another witch hunt against Trump. He was also busy trying to clear Liz Cheney. No, the good Rep. Johnson is real quick to hide behind anything to keep his head above water. He's very shy about doing the bidding of the voters who put him in office. I believe it's about time the good Rep. Johnson found out that in order to make laws, he's also charged with enforcing them.
