Our Proxy government, or government by proxy.

 Proxy authorities or proxy Emoluments granted to government officials elected, appointed or contract, are Limited and are only temporary authorities or Emoluments of and by proxy And no proxy authorities are unlimited in powers and scope And must adhere to the highest Ethical and morals standards To be valid, In all public and private matters. 

 The people Establishing and Defining The people's Independent standing As a self govern People With Unalienable or un-a-lien-able liberties and freedoms.

 The Declaration of Independence, Establishes we the people are the creators and the architect of a people's created government, we the people are And are known as the executive and The creator of this government and we have declared and ordained, and to Have established the limits of our government, executives or agents by Compactor by contract by Acknowledgment, And to and by the oath of the office, creates the status of a fiduciary of Proxy and with liabilities of trust and loyalty, And by the exercise thereof to the to People and the Constitution of the United States of America, and with additional safeguards of a sovereign people, Was established and is known as the Bill of Rights, or what should have been called the rights of life.

 Our form of government is engineered and designed to establish that all political powers are inherent in the people, evidence of this is found in the powers of the ratification process of law, Congress or the government have no authority or emoluments granted to them to write or change the contract of the Constitution, these authorities are only held by the people, this is why and the purpose of the ratification process was designed, to keep government authorities and/or agents confined to the constitutional contract, of this constitutional republic, If this was not true the government's powers would be unlimited From its conception and could rewrite their authorities or emoluments and powers at any time, this was also the reason for the Bill of Rights, to absolutely limit the authorities of government.

Any government Franchise, states, agents, or agencies entities or servants who subvert the contract or compact known as the Constitution Of the United States of America, do so with the Premeditated and sole intent to perform treason to and on The people of the United States Of America and on and to their oath of office, Known as Their fiduciary liability and obligation to the people and the nation, so to exercise usurpations of Authorities and or emoluments of power, That is Known not To be Authorized or granted to the agents of the people, and with the sole intent and purpose to change, Alter or transform our form of government, Through fraud misrepresentation or deception into another form of government, and Without the people's consent And without the due process of law, Established and Known as the ratification process, which Then equates to the overthrow of our form of government, Which equates to treason and treason Is the equivalent to and equals War Upon the people and This nation!

 Treason has many facets and can take many forms, It is an unholy alliance of the untrustworthy and evil, and by its intent will be revealed by its own words and acts, it can be Born within the legislative, judicial, or executive, it can be performed by unlawful authorities by proxy, This is why the oath of office is required to hold any office of or by Proxy of authorities or emoluments within the United States of  America elected or appointed, it is the violation of the Proxy or the Fiduciary and or There Subordinates or agents to uphold the oath of office, and The oath of the office is by design to entrap and aluminate the treasonous Evil intent of evil men.

The oath of office to the people and the Constitution of The United States of America was created to Insure the highest Ethical and morals standards of all Fiduciary agents who took the oath of office to protect and to defend our government and also to expose the evil designs of men, and the evil designs of men must be thwarted, for no injustice can Ever be called law, And no unjust representatives can ever hold office, for the entire body of government, would be corrupted, And That would only ensure injustice And create poverty to liberty and to the people.

 The oath of office and the fiduciary and the duty-bound to that oath of office is in place to protect every man woman, and child, regardless of race religion or color, or status, this is the highest and greatest form of trust placed into the hands of the guardians of liberty and freedoms for a good and moral nation, and to be found guilty of violating this trust, there can only be one judgment and that is treason, and the penalty for treason is and should be death! For treason against our nation of we the people, is treason against every person regardless of race, sex, age, color, religion, or ethnic background, it is treason against Every American.
