Law comes from the 10 Commandments from God and God's law and nature law, it is said that law stands for Land Air and Water three jurisdictions, or maybe it stands for Land Air and War?
What is the purpose of and the reason that we have laws? Are they not there to protect something, are they there to protect our Property Liberty and freedoms, are they there to be restrictions on Authorities? Are laws there to protect us from the Wicked?
If laws are there to protect us to protect the innocent to protect the week then there must be maxims of law, the limits of the authorities, and jurisdiction of law, because the limits of law would be the only way to guarantee liberty and freedom. if there were no maxims, or limits of the law there would be no liberties and or freedoms because the law would consume what it was there to protect, and if it takes away and becomes negative to the people, it would no longer be a positive force for good and the people, but a barrier from protecting the good and the righteous peoples most precious properties which are our liberties and freedoms.
So to have maxims of law that would have to be the limited authorities of law, so to Limit the lawmakers and the enforcers of the law, so that the laws of the land did not trespass on the liberties and freedoms of the people which the law was created and designed to protect.
unbridled authorities in itself would be a violation of the law, because the law is designed to restrict unfair, unjust authorities of anyone or any entity from trespassing on the property of liberties and freedom of the people, and if liberties and freedoms are not protected by the law, then that law has failed its most fundamental design purpose and reason for being.
It would be fair to say if someone violates the fair and just laws of the land, it could be considered an act of war by the violator because to violate the laws you must first trespass upon someone else's property, and people's rights are property! and to make them a victim of an aggressor.
The people's property is also their religion, their freedom of speech, their freedom to peaceably assemble, their freedoms to protect oneself and property, the freedom to be secure in their own homes, dwellings papers and effects, the freedom to address and petition government for grievances against unjust authorities, the freedom of their rights to not be trespassed upon, these are just some of the properties of a free people, and are too many to enumerate.
When laws are perverse ungodly and unjust, they are no longer laws but are evil mindsets of the unjust evil, and wicked dictation of evil men! and not Law but a weapon for enslavement, Only wicked men call good evil and evil good.
It is written in the Holy Bible, that wicked men know not justice, but a just man will understand all things.
Only wicked men would write unjust laws, only wicked men would enforce unjust law, because wicked men are unjust, and know not righteousness,.
