Hunter Biden Spills the BeansABC News sat down with Hunter Biden in an exclusive interview on the eve of the next Democrat debate.
Hunter did his best to come off as forthcoming, but you could just see the corruptness oozing out of his skin with every lie that he told.
On Burisma Board Position
As you probably all know by now, while Joe Biden was vice president, Hunter Biden took a position on the board of a Ukraine energy company.
Hunter Biden had no experience in the energy sector and really, no qualification for the position other than his father being the point man for Ukraine during his time in the Obama administration.
Hunter stated, “In retrospect, look, I think that it was poor judgment on my part. Is that I think that it was poor judgment because I don’t believe now when I look back on it — I know that there was — did nothing wrong at all.
“However, was it poor judgment to be in the middle of something that is…a swamp in—in—in many ways? Yeah.
“I gave a hook to some very unethical people to act in illegal ways to try to do some harm to my father. That’s where I made the mistake.
“So, I take full responsibility for that. Did I do anything improper? No, not in any way. Not in any way whatsoever.”
Saying he did nothing wrong is a bit of a stretch. While he may not have broken any laws, Joe Biden’s influence was clearly part of the equation here.
Unethical may not be illegal, but it is still wrong.
After a trip to Asia on Air Force Two, Hunter Biden received an investment into his equity fund from Chinese investors.
Trump has claimed Biden received the money, but the media and the Bidens are using semantics to call him a liar.
No, the check did not directly go into Hunter Biden’s bank account, but he surely profited from the investment into the fund.
Furthermore, nobody knows what the terms of the investment were and how much Hunter Biden will be paid or has been paid off that investment.
So, technically, he did not pocket the $1.5 billion, but his fund received the money and ultimately, Hunter Biden will profit from it.
Another fun way the Biden’s are twisting this is that Hunter Biden was in an unpaid position with the Chinese investment firm while his father was vice president.
He reportedly did not receive compensation until after Joe Biden left office.
Again, we say, “So what?” This was done to make things look on the up and up but the fact of the matter is that the moment Joe Biden left office, Hunter received a windfall of cash.
The fact the Biden received his minority ownership stake after Joe Biden left office actually makes this look even more inappropriate than had he been receiving a legitimate paycheck while his father was in office.
Here are the facts as I see them:
- Hunter Biden is a drug addict that had to lean on Daddy’s contacts to get a job (remember, Hunter, got a job from a bank that lined Biden’s pockets for years as a Senator).
- Joe Biden uses his influence in Ukraine and China to financially help his son.
- Hunter Biden DID receive money from the Chinese investment, only it happened AFTER Joe Biden left office to cover their tracks.
The media has been lobbing softball questions to the Bidens on this issue and when someone actually does hit them with a real question, Joe Biden loses his mind and refuses to truthfully answer the question.
ABC had a real chance to get to the bottom of this debacle and they punted. Anyone that watches that interview (click on the source link here to see the interview in full) has to realize the media is doing everything in its power to help the Bidens cover this up!
