Hello, my Christian constitutional American patriots.
Good morning friends and fellow Americans and patriots,
Greetings to my Christian friend's Patriots 3% ers, and tea party freedom fighters.
"All Legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives."
(Article I, Section 1, of the United States Constitution)
How Are Laws Made?
Laws begin as ideas. First, a representative sponsors a bill. The bill is then assigned to a committee for study. If released by the committee, the bill is put on a calendar to be voted on, debated or amended. If the bill passes by a simple majority (218 of 435), the bill moves to the Senate. In the Senate, the bill is assigned to another committee and, if released, debated and voted on. Again, a simple majority (51 of 100) passes the bill. Finally, a conference committee made of House and Senate members works out any differences between the House and Senate versions of the bill. The resulting bill returns to the House and Senate for final approval. The Government Printing Office prints the revised bill in a process called enrolling. The President has 10 days to sign or veto the enrolled bill.
Stopping Legislative criminal intent! By installing loss prevention into the legislative process.
We need to have in place in our legislative Process and form of government, Restrictions for the Proposal of Legislative criminal intent! to stop legislative larceny, and to keep the tools of criminal intent or the creation of a process to stop any legislation that is designed for statuary plunder or treason by legislative designs, that are nothing more than tools for criminal intent and the way and means to plunder our liberties and freedoms from the American people.
These politicians or political parties who propose legislation that is foreign to our form of government, are trying to install tools of criminal intent, or designs of failure into Our Form of government, so that they may plunder our substance of life and our liberties and freedoms, Not only now and today but in the future against our heirs! by trying to install Known and already established failed foreign government political ideology that the founding fathers have already purged from our form of government, where The founding fathers, they knew when they created our documents of liberty and freedoms and self-government, they knew they had removed all the failed governments Flaws, That led to All the previous government Before ours, to there demise and or destruction in all of the Worlds recorded history, out of our form of government.
Failed designed in government are not by mistakes, they are being created by intellectual criminals organized to rape and plunder our nation, that would be one of the definitions of treason and tyranny.
What the governor of Virginia and his administration and political allies are doing in Virginia, And in other states and municipalities is criminal legislative plunder of the liberties and freedoms that we are all guaranteed under our current form of government to all citizens of Virginia and to all the people of all the states, he has created criminal legislation for the sole purpose to perform legislative plunder, treason, and tyranny of the people and our liberties and freedoms, that will eventually lead to the destruction of our people, by using legislative tools of crime to perform unlawful unmoral acts against the people of Virginia, that will affect not only them but their children and grandchildren.
He is creating the way and means to enslave the populace by legislation, by trying to remove their GOD-given rights. The governor of Virginia and his administration and anyone who follows them, have no lawful authorities to perform these acts! And they are outside of any political powers granted to these people under our form of government and bound and restricted by their oath of office, this is criminal legislative tyranny, with no other intent but to enslave the people of Virginia, to rape, Rob and plunder their substances of life and their estates.
This is why there must be legislation put in place by the people of this self-governing nation to stop legislative treason, legislative larceny And plunder, and all criminal legislative design, to protect our God-given liberties and freedoms.
This is why I wrote the Constitution preservation and protection act of 2019, to protect our Republican form of government! From statutory plunder and legislative treason and to keep criminal legislation out of our legislative process, to remove these tools of criminal activity by any political organization person or party!
This is to protect the American people from those who have perverse criminal political intent from overthrowing our form of government, it will not have any effect on good and positive legislation, that protects individuals or our country as a whole.

We have entered into a state of legislative Warfare in America, and we must not continue down this path, for it will surely guarantee the destruction of our nation!
The Constitutional
Protection and preservation Act of 2019.
It has become critically urgent To Create And establish a bill that would make it illegal unlawful and crime, for any Politician, Clerk, Counsel or a Political party to propose any Legislation that Encroaches, Infringes, Impedes, attacks or Is perverse or is repugnant to Our natural un-a-lien-able rights, or to Our Declaration of Independence, or to the Bill of Rights, or to the Constitution of the United States of America, and all of These Documents Shall Not Be Infringed Upon Ever!
First, all government employees elected, appointed or contract must sign an article 6 oath of office to be able to hold any position in government and must be bound by a bond.
This Bill will be called The Constitutional Protection and preservation Act of 2019.
This bill or act is Designed to Stop the Trespasses of subject matter, on our Un-a-lien-able Rights not authorized by the Constitution of United States of America, and to define the charges of treason.
Un-a-lien-able rights cannot be given or surrendered, cannot be taken, cannot be altered, or bartered away revoked or repealed! to try to do so would be performing the act of treason against the office and the people held by any member of government!
We the people have the Right to alter, reform or abolish any form of government that When we may deem it necessary to do so, and no special privileges or immunities shall ever be granted to any member holding any position in government to infringe upon our natural rights.
I do not write with ambiguity so that there is a full understanding of my writing and no intent of misinterpretation of what I am saying. You do not need a road-map or a dictionary or encyclopedia or a translator to understand to communicate honestly and truthfully.
Truth is the direct path to understanding, anything else is a disguised a creation designed to mislead to steal and misinform and to cause injury.
Ambiguity is when the meaning of a word or phrase in a sentence is uncertain and typically, it is best to avoid ambiguity in your writing. When you make statements that are ambiguous, you confuse the reader and hinder the meaning of the text and understanding of the message.
Ambiguity is the architectural engineering design of fraud mastered by the American Bar Association for the sole purpose of theft by deception.
If Lucifer could design and create an organization to steal souls, it would be called the American Bar Association.

People's nation who believes in the liberties and freedoms as one of the most Sacred gifts from the creator God Himself.
Any politician who with Suggestions Of infringement with bills or legislation that infringes in any way, shape or form upon our constitutional liberties and freedoms and protection Thereof, This Type of legislation will now be Construed and Considered as Treasonous and a Weapon for a hostile takeover attempt of our political system and form of government!
And those Employed in government employment will be declared an enemy of the People and the state And Shall be charged in violation of their oath of office, and shall be impeached within 24 hours of proposing any such legislation to molest or perverse the citizen's liberties and freedoms in the present or the future.
And As penalties shall lose all monies benefits and gratuities of all contracts previously held with the government and the people, and their position and all Powers and all emoluments shall be defined as Rescinded As void and null, any and all properties and gratuities will be returned to the people in full and made whole.

The Constitutional protection and preservation act, of 2019
The government and government employees are the Servants of the People, The People Are Not Servants of or to the Government!
When the Servants of the People Fail to Protect the People, they work for. (Employer Known as the people) or the Employer's Assets, that an employee servant to the people, Has Failed to Perform Their Job and Job Duties, and therefore is NO Longer To be considered Trustworthy to hold Any positions of employment within Our government.
This bill would also Ensure One Other Thing, That All People working to design legislation would have to take the time to edify themselves on the fundamental foundation that this nation was built upon, Because of their ignorance would exclude and disqualify them from the process. Ignorance is no excuse to break the law!
Because of the political monopolies in control of the government, this bill the Constitution Protection and preservation act of 2019, has become Critically Necessary to Protect And ensure the citizens Right to have Representation in government, because of the political monopolies that have and are excluding the citizens' input in government, this bill is now a mandatory demand of and by the people to reestablish, and to ensure that the citizens will have fair and equal representation in government.
There shall be No legislation without the Constitutional representation and controls by the people!
Without this constitutional protection and preservation Bill, we are almost certain to be engaged in Civil War once again here in America.
When a politician states you cannot have a bill like this because it's unlawful unconstitutional because this restricts their unlawful and unconstitutional acts against, we the people, they believe that they have the right to alter change infringes on our rights and laws At Will to control the people, when in fact that it is just the opposite of what their job description is!
it is we the people that write the laws and regulations to control government actors, by denying this bill they give credibility to everything I have written and proved without a shadow of a doubt, that this bill needs not only to be Law, but it is the duty of every American citizen to make sure that this bill is Law! in every State and County throughout America to guarantee our Constitutional representation will not be infringed by corrupt monopolies in government, Which has become a far too common occurrence!
Without this legislation and oversight to control the malicious designs of men, what will Stop them from destroying the very foundation of all the Liberties and freedoms of all-American citizens?
Any politician who stands in opposition to this bill has declared themselves as an enemy to the liberties and freedoms of a free and independent People and an enemy to the United States of America!

If policing for profit is illegal, why isn't legislation for profit illegal?
If they are legislating for profit, who's to say who they are really working for our enemies and foes?

For any bill to become a law, it must be ratified by the people, the government agents themselves cannot write law, unless it is passed by the people through ratification.
ReplyDeleteThey pass policy statute codes and regulations under the fraud that they are laws when they are not there corporate policy, of the state, federal government, or municipality, and therefore because they are policy statute codes regulations they do not apply to the people, they only apply to the employees of government and government corporations.
