Gowdy Says Trump Is Safe From Democrats

Former House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy has some strong things to tell Democrats about their baseless investigations against President Donald Trump.

On the television program “Your World,” Gowdy called the impeachment attempts against President Trump by Democrats a “disaster” that probably won’t end in victory for their political party:

“This has been a disaster from day one and I don’t expect that to change… I mean, if we are debating nomenclature between an impeachment inquiry and an impeachment investigation, they’ve already lost.”

Gowdy says that Democrats have already lost their chance to take down President Trump since the Russia investigation turned up blank. As a result, their attempts to have Trump removed from office will undoubtedly fail.

Good. We all know that the real reason President Trump is being targeted by Democrats is that they’re still angry at him for humiliating them in the 2016 presidential election. They’re letting their hate for him cloud their judgment – and as a result, their attempts to hurt Trump might backfire.
