The States Must Resist the Federal Takeover of Elections /Story On Real Election Fraud / Everything Democrats don't like is Racist

The States Must Resist the Federal Takeover of Elections

Although federal courts certainly played their part, the main malefactors in the sham that was the 2020 presidential election were “the several States.” Through their court mandates, their gubernatorial malfeasance, and, especially their new election laws, the states created the changes by which an election could be stolen and democracy could be subverted. The changes that determined the outcome of the election were primarily in the key battleground states. But now the feds want to get in on the action and impose the 2020 changes to election law of the battleground states on the entire nation.

It’s often noted that the states created the federal government. But in doing so, the states did not surrender their own sovereignty. The federal government under the new Democrat majority in Congress now seeks to federalize elections and to abolish state election laws. That would end the sovereignty of the states. The states need to resist and even preempt this un-American power grab.

On March 3 in a nearly party-line vote of 220-210, the U.S. House passed H.R. 1, the so-called For the People Act. A more appropriate title for this anti-democratic bill would be the “For the Incumbents Act” or the “For the Political Class Act,” for the People don’t figure in this vile bill at all.

The text of “H.R.1 -- For the People Act of 2021” is quite long and few readers will want to wade through it all. The bill’s ideas are unsophisticated, even backward. And that’s especially the case with regard to voter identification and to voter registration. The word “identification” appears 34 times in the bill. The bill would outlaw any state requirement to present voter ID to vote. To counteract this insane provision, the states need to enact much stricter voter ID laws.

Of course, Stacey Abrams will wail that demanding ID is voter suppression and denies access to the ballot box, and is racist. Okay, then the states should use as their voter ID an ID that everyone already has -- the SSN.

Members of state legislatures may think they know better and may want to devise their own voter IDs. But they should resist that impulse, for the full nine-digit SSN has built-in capabilities that no new ID could match. For instance, if all the states required the use of the SSN to vote, it becomes possible to easily find those who have voted in more than one state and then back out their votes.

The word “registration” appears 369 times in H.R. 1. “Rolls,” as in voter rolls, appears twice, but “registry” and its plural don’t appear at all. If the states were to require the SSN to vote, they’d have no need for separate voter registries that they would have to laboriously maintain. That’s because the government, both state and federal, already has our data. They know where we live, and whether we’re eligible to vote. So it’s wasted effort to register voters. Besides, voter registries in these United States are notoriously inaccurate. Democrats push registration because they don’t want elections to depend on accurate databases.

For years now, I’ve been urging the use of the SSN and existing federal databases in elections. I still believe that the complete computerization of voting is the best way to go but consider this: the mail-in voting that was ramped up for 2020 could be made to work properly if, and only if, a unique national ID, like the SSN, were attached to each mail-in ballot. With the SSN on one’s ballot, there’s no need for separate voter registries, as the ballot could be authenticated against already existing government files.

Because the Supreme Court refused to hear Texas v. Pennsylvania due to a supposed “lack of standing,” the states need to get out in front of H.R. 1 and make sure they have standing that is undeniable. One way to do that is for the states to pass laws, right now, that set up a showdown with the feds. Georgia just did that on March 25 when Governor Kemp signed SB 202 into law. There are some good changes in the law, but it doesn’t require the use of the full SSN, only its last four digits. If I could mandate but one change to election law, it would be to require the inclusion of the full SSN on the ballot. With that change, verification of the vote becomes possible.

The “genius” (for Democrats) of the 2020 changes to election law is that they made verification of vote counts even more unobtainable and unknowable. With the corrupt use of mail-in ballots, election results in America became entirely unchallengeable. We must take the word of the authorities that the vote counts are accurate, and they needn’t demonstrate nor prove what the true vote is.

After Trump delivered the best economy in years and multiple vaccines for the Wuhan virus, if Biden really won the election, then this kid would have to say that we’re a nation of ingrates and deserve whatever we get. I tend to believe that the average American has not sunk that low. It seems much more plausible that the Democrats and their criminal operatives stole the election.

But it is possible that Joe Biden won the 2020 election; that is, that he received more legal votes than did President Trump. It’s possible, but not probable. And if Trump received more legal votes than Biden in the key battleground states, then Biden is an illegitimate president and we’re a nation of theft victims. But there’s no way to prove what the legitimate vote count is.

If H.R. 1 makes it through the Senate and our dried-up husk of a president signs it, the Supreme Court “should” find it unconstitutional. But who knows, they may let it slide, just like they let ObamaCare’s individual mandate slide. So the states need to bolster their “standing.” And they need to have systems in place that are much better than what H.R. 1 institutes.

It was “the several States” that brought America the most radical government in history, and the states need to fix that. Even if H.R. 1 were to fail in the Senate or be found unconstitutional by the Court, the election systems in the states are still scandalous and need to be re-engineered with genuine election reforms.

It was battleground states, in particular, that gave us the frailest dimmest oldest president in our lifetimes. Those states must fix the problems they created by setting up election systems that ensure the integrity of the vote. The states need to anticipate and counter the coming encroachments of the feds by enacting new election laws. (They might also consider impeaching judges, like Pennsylvania’s Max Baer, and secretaries of state, like Georgia’s Brad Raffensperger.)

Essentially, H.R. 1 institutionalizes election theft. Some may wonder why such theft needs to be institutionalized. After all, Democrats have been doing a good job of stealing elections without new legislation. Maybe the Dems just want election theft to be easier and surer.

A must-read story on real election fraud

By Mike Huckabee

Real Clear Investigations has been a valuable, trusted source for the Huckabee team, and it looks as though they've come through again, this time with an important story out of Missoula County, Montana, that could bring to light how pervasive voting irregularities really are.

Though many might not be aware, so-called “audits” that have been done in other counties –- for example, Cobb County in Georgia and Maricopa County in Arizona –- have been of relatively small random samples that wouldn’t necessarily turn up election fraud in one concentrated area. But in Missoula County, a Democrat-leaning county with only 119,600 residents, they recently audited ALL the mail-in ballots for the 2020 election and found “irregularities characteristic of large urban centers –- on a level that could have easily swung local elections in 2020, and statewide elections in cycles past.”

As John Lott, Jr., writes, “Political leaders and prominent media outlets have dismissed concerns raised by critics that such measures invite voter fraud. But could the election in small-county Missoula call all that into question?”

Last summer, then-Gov. Steve Bullock, a Democrat, issued a directive allowing counties to have full mail-in voting if they wanted, and Missoula opted in. Also, a court struck down Montana’s law –- the “Ballot Interference Protection Act,” which sounds like a mighty good idea –- designed to prevent ballot harvesting. Several Native American groups had argued that they depend on “ballot collection efforts” to vote. The ACLU had helped them with their case.

Apparently, all you have to do is say a given policy will “suppress votes” and you can get it abolished with the snap of a finger, no matter how easy that makes it to cheat. That's what happened here. There should have been some way besides striking down this statewide law to make sure the votes from Native American reservations were picked up, officially accounted for, and counted.

The article explains how, on January 4, 2021, a team of volunteers came to be auditing all the county’s ballots and envelopes, with assistance from the Missoula County Election Office. “The audit consisted of both a count and a review of all ballot envelopes and comparing that to the number of officially recorded votes during Nov. 3, 2020, election,” it says.

Details are in the article, but boiling their findings down, about 7 percent of the ballots cast --- more than 5,000 --- had “unexplained irregularities.” That doesn’t even include the ballots with yet another problem: “Dozens of ballot envelopes bore strikingly similar, distinctive handwriting styles in the signatures, suggesting that one or several persons may have filled out and submitted multiple ballots, an act of fraud.”

According to one auditor, of 28 envelopes reviewed from the same address, a nursing home, all 23 signatures looked “exactly the same” stylistically. Another auditor said that two “very unique” signatures appeared dozens of times.

Auditors had wanted to take pictures of the signatures, but Missoula County officials wouldn’t let them. Among still other concerns, the officials would not grant them access to video footage it claimed to have recorded to document vote-counting activities.

State authorities have expressed concern and plan to take these findings up at a joint hearing of the Montana Senate and House Judiciary Committees. State legislators are also going to try to get their ballot harvesting restrictions reinstated.

This story has nothing to do with Dominion Voting Systems, foreign hacking, or any other so-called conspiracy theory, the truth (or untruth) of which will emerge in time. It’s about the ease of committing good, old-fashioned election fraud, pure and simple, through forged signatures and mail-in ballot harvesting. Good old cheating. If "irregularities" could happen on this level in Missoula County, Montana, that doesn't speak well of the results obtained throughout the country, particularly in key urban centers where the motivation to cheat in the national election ran high. The Democrats’ “election reform package,” HR 1, actually makes all these things even easier, and that is by design. It absolutely cannot be allowed.

Coming soon: The DNC's Marc Elias is now trying to unseat Republicans.

Everything Democrats don't like is Racist

Is anyone else beginning to suspect that leftists now apply the word “racist” to everything that they don’t like, that stands in their path to power, or that they just find too hard to understand? Math is now racist, the scientific method (indeed, all science, especially all that inconvenient biological science) is both racist and sexist, fossil fuels are racist, and on and on and on. Even the Senate filibuster is now “a racist relic of the Jim Crow era,” even though the Democrats used it 327 times in 2020, compared to only once by the Republicans.

Sen. Tim Scott notes that Democrats even used the filibuster to block his police reform bill that they claimed they wanted because it would help black Americans.

So many things are suddenly racist that we have to keep a daily running tally. And since we took Sunday off, now we have to catch up, so grab your notepads and your overpowering sense of white guilt:

First, let’s all thank the editors of the Merriam-Webster Dictionary for informing us that being colorblind can be racist. Yes, you may think you’re just trying to live up to Dr. King’s dream of judging people by their character and not their skin color, but the M-W Dictionary has added a new addendum to that positive definition of “colorblind”: “It often suggests a failure or refusal to acknowledge or address the many racial inequities that exist in society, or to acknowledge important aspects of racial identity."

It goes without saying that if you think in terms of race, you’re a racist; but now, if you don’t think in terms of race, you still might be a racist. Say, does this mean that “colorblind casting,” in which stage roles traditionally played by white actors are given to actors of color, is now racist?

Next up, sheet music is now racist. I don’t know-how, since you only play the black notes and ignore the white part, but it just is, according to Britain’s Oxford University. They’re considering getting rid of studying sheet music as part of their “music education” curriculum because of accusations that they’re complicit in white supremacy, along with also cutting the study of all those composers from the “white colonial” era, like Beethoven, Bach, and Mozart. What can someone seeking an education in music learn from them when there are Cardi B recordings to study?

Apparently, expecting music students to read sheet music is standing in the way of inclusiveness. Some might say that university-level music programs really shouldn’t include students who can’t even read sheet music, but that’s just their white colonialism talking.

This sort of Marxist critical race theory garbage might be all the rage among academics, since, as George Orwell noted, there are some ideas so absurd that only an intellectual could believe them (but then, Orwell was a white male so we can safely ignore him.) But here’s the reality that students pushing for this nonsense, as well as the administrators caving to it, should bear in mind:

Taking a wrecking ball to standards doesn’t create new standards, it just destroys the proven ones. All this does is tell any serious students of music that they’d better not go to Oxford now because they’ll get substandard music education and everyone they might want to work for will know it. Just as any budding scientist, engineer, or doctor who goes to a university that teaches that STEM subjects are racist, biology is meaningless, the scientific method is a white supremacist, or that 2+2 equals whatever makes you feel good about yourself should not expect to be offered a top echelon job in their chosen field.

These schools aren’t changing the world, they’re just ruining their own reputations and those of any students unfortunate enough to attend them. The university administrators may think they have to commit career suicide to appease the woke mob, but if you’re a young person looking for a real education in exchange for all those tuition dollars, you don’t have to jump off the cliff with them.
