Powell Suit Asks Court for Immediate Order to De-certify Georgia’s Election Results
Attorney Sidney Powell has asked a federal court to urgently order Georgia’s officials to de-certify the Nov. 3 election results and preserve forensic data on the voting machines while the lawyer challenges the integrity of the state’s votes.
Powell on Friday filed a motion asking for immediate injunctive relief arguing that the plaintiffs would suffer irreparable harm if election officials from Union County were not blocked from wiping forensic data from voting machines and resetting the count back to zero. Union County officials informed the plaintiffs that machines would be reset on Nov. 30.

The so-called “Trump Accountability Project” that was going to keep a naughty list to try to shame and blacklist people who worked for or supported President Trump announced that it has disbanded. A spokesman claimed they abandoned the slimy, reprehensible and un-American project (my description, not his) in the spirit of Joe Biden’s call for national unity.
Prominent attorney Leslie McAdoo Gordon summed it up more bluntly but likely more accurately by tweeting, "Translation: We got our a**es handed to us so we are limping off the field w/our tail between our legs; but we are still unwilling to admit what we were doing is morally indefensible because that is how totalitarians roll."
Well, I hope they’re seriously abandoning this idea and not just going underground with it, although I’ll believe the blacklists don’t exist when everyone in America can feel free to speak their minds without fear of doxing, assaults, or losing their jobs. Or when I see even one conservative-oriented late-night comedy show, other than Greg Gutfeld’s on Fox.

NO, MY FELLOW AMERICANS I DON'T BELIEVE THERE IS. I BELIEVE THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT SIDES, ONE FOR THE AVERAGE CITIZEN AND ONE FOR THE ELITE PEOPLE OF OUR COUNTRY OR POLITICALLY CORRECT. BIDEN SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO RUN FOR PRESIDENT, THEY KNEW HE WAS DIRTY AND WHAT ABOUT HILLARY SHE WAS GUILTY AS SIN NOT TO MENTION OBAMA AND HIS IRAN DEAL. "IN GOD WE TRUST "ALL OTHERS NEED TO PAY THE PRICE.
JUSTICE FOR ALL, NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE!
For example, if we see someone who is charged with governing others—whether a senator, a mayor, or even a homeowners association president—allow favored members of the community to get by without following rules, or, worse still, make rules designed to hurt those they disfavor, we should question the justice of this.
Even if we turn out to be mistaken, citizens must be willing to ask such questions, if only to remind ourselves—and our elected officials—that equal treatment before the law is essential to freedom.
