WHAT HAPPEN TO THE RULE OF LAW AND COMMON SENSE / ASK THE DEMOCRATS


PELOSI ANNOUNCES SEVEN MANAGERS FOR SENATE TRIAL – 1/15/20202
Let me present to you the Democrats Fake News, Illegal, Unconstitutional Impeachment. With claims of prayers for the welfare of the President, Nancy Pelosi brings her circus tent articles of impeachment to the Senate.
Senate Republican Majority will need to decide on witness roster but the Senate will need to hold a fair trial to clear President Trump from the false charges brought against him by the Democrats who decided to impeach then Donald J. Trump in 2016, the minute he came down the Trump Tower escalator with our First Lady Melania Trump.


Democrats are trying to take an unprepared case to the Senate and are trying to have the articles of impeachment, very unripe, and are hoping the Democrats in the Senate are going to try to impose NEW EVIDENCE and lies against our President and finish building their fake impeachment case. No court in the land of ours allows itself to be used in this way. The democrats have no case. They are hoping to create a better one in the Senate. Keep in mind that NOTHING IS GETTING DONE IN THE SENATE FOR AMERICA. Pelosi and her clowns have paralyzed D.C. in order to keep this going to further blemish our President in the upcoming 2020 elections. Their goal is to REMOVE HIM because, as we all know, Trump is Keeping America Great and his Making America First in the world stage. This is not their plan. Their plan was to continue the downgrade of America and end up making it disappear as we know it.


AMERICA is fed up with this preemptive attack on our President. America knows that President Trump is draining the swamp and cleaning up corruption in D.C. and the established order is fighting him tooth and nail all the way up to impeachment to try and discredit his office, his name, and his work for America. But, since the Ukraine Hoax was brought up, we now know that Both Biden and Pelosi’s children are involved in Ukraine and are now being investigated concerning the business dealings there.

Junior Pelosi’s company, Viscoil is under investigation for securities fraud. It seems as though the public management of the company, which included Paul Pelosi, Jr., as President and COO, was actually a Potemkin arrangement that hid the fact that the company was actually controlled by a pair of convicted felons.
So now we have two major Democrats with kids involved in financial dealings in Ukraine. We also know that Ukraine was involved in trying to assist the Clinton campaign to dig up evidence of wrongdoing by Paul Manfort. My guess is that there is a lot more lurking out there once President Trump motivates what passes for law enforcement in Ukraine to start investigating in earnest.

So, Pelosi continues with her impeachment plans. She seems to think that Democrats can create a fake dossier, lies drummed up with the help of foreign intelligence, and help from U.S. intelligence like Strozk, Page, Comey, Brennan, FBI, CIA, the media. But Pelosi also believes that President Trump who is the head of our Government has NO RIGHT TO LOOK INTO CORRUPTION BY THE BIDEN/OBAMA Administration into Ukraine which involves Biden’s Son and Pelosi’s Son. It makes no sense unless you are a socialist who is trying to hide crimes against America.


Speaker Pelosi announced the seven lawmakers who will serve as impeachment managers to prosecute the case against President Trump in the Senate trial.

“This is about the Constitution of the United States,” Pelosi said, as she presented the Democrats’ legal team and noted that she put an emphasis on “litigators” in assembling them.

The managers include House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., who will be the lead manager and who directed much of the impeachment inquiry out of his committee, and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., whose panel drafted the articles of impeachment.

Pelosi also tapped House Democratic Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y.; Rep. Jason Crow, D-Colo.; Val Demings, D-Fla.; Sylvia Garcia, D-Texas; and Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif.

Pelosi defended her decision to delay sending the articles to the upper chamber for an entire month — despite taunts from Republicans that it accomplished nothing — saying that “time has been our friend in all of this because it has yielded incriminating evidence.”

The president’s legal defense team would be led by White House Counsel Pat Cipollone. The official said that Trump lawyer Jay Sekulow would also serve on the president’s defense, as well as Cipollone deputies Michael Purpura and Patrick Philbin.

Trey Gowdy RETURNS – He Just Announced It
 Lawyer and former Congressman Trey Gowdy, who was rehired as a Fox News contributor after being unable to join President Donald Trump’s legal team because of lobbying rules, said on Hannity Thursday that he doesn’t think the Democrats ever intended to remove Trump from office.

Instead, Gowdy theorized, they intended to flip the Senate in order to cripple Trump’s second term and render him unable to confirm conservative judges, including a Supreme Court justice if a vacancy occurs.
“He is he not going to get the foreign policy he wants,” Gowdy said. “He is not going to get the cabinet he wants. I never thought this was about removing Donald Trump because they’re not going to do it. It’s about putting Cory Gardner in a really tough series of votes so he has to defend him in November of this fall.”
If Democrats can succeed in gaining a majority of seats in the Senate, a major part of Trump’s agenda will be frozen, even if Republicans take back enough vulnerable House seats to gain a majority in that chamber.
It’s pretty much the only plan that gives Democrats a shred of power if Trump is re-elected in 2020, which now looks likely. Gowdy may be right about what Democrats want to do, but only time will tell whether they will be able to succeed.
