Here’s Why Hillary Clinton Is Going To Prison For A Very Long Time
While Hillary Clinton and her willing, liberal cohorts in the media like to play up her email server scandal as a partisan, right-wing attempt to discredit her, that is absolutely the furthest thing from the truth. The truth is, Hillary Clinton could go to prison for a very long time, maybe even for life.
What Hillary has done in going off script and using a private email server as Secretary of State, located in a bathroom closet of her New York home and her receiving and sending of classified emails, some at the highest levels of security and classification, is broken the law at an exceptionally high level that carries with it exceptional punishments.
Just to be specific, what Hillary did in placing a personal server in her home to handle State Department emails is not technically illegal (although it is HIGHLY suspect), but receiving and or sending the most highly classified material from a non-secured, non-government server is tantamount to treason.
Here is why this is so serious. Every person in the military is trained repeatedly on Operations Security or OPSEC. This tells military personnel how to handle critical information used for their operation so it does not fall into the hands of the wrong people, i.e., the enemy. There are severe penalties for not following protocol because it could endanger the lives of everyone around you. Again, everyone in the military has to understand OPSEC and is trained over and over on it.
Obviously, people like Hillary Clinton in her duties as Secretary of State was handling some of the most secure and most secret documents in the entire United States military. So, both her and her coworkers at the State Department would have been told how to handle such critical information. And they would have been told over and over how to deal with this classified information so, for Hillary Clinton to have classified documents on her server that were attached to emails and she claims that she never saw this classified material is at the far realm of unbelievable balderdash.
Hillary knew exactly what was in her emails, that's why she had a private server, so she could keep track of all her shady deals and hopefully not let anyone else know what she and her crook husband were up to. Of course, Hillary knows about every single email.
And to have classified material on a private server without the levels of firewalls and government protocols to protect that sensitive information opens all that info up to hackers and spies. There is even speculation and some saying it's a virtual certainty that Hillary's server was hacked. This is not something she can just walk away from any blame on partisan politics.
The FBI confiscated her server and Hillary Clinton will be going to prison for a very long time.
