This Is An Open Letter To President Donald J. Trump, And To All American Citizens.
Please get this information to President Donald J. Trump whoever has access to his ear!
RE: The indictment of Pres. Trump, what we are witnessing today in New York is nothing new, there are millions of people across the United States of America who have been placed in jail and poverty trying to prove their innocence when there is no victim then there is no crime, basically what is happening to Pres. Trump is the legal ploy the term for this is called the Negative Nexus, this is where someone accuses you of something that does not exist, and you are basically the victim trying to prove your innocence to something that never took place, you cannot have a crime without a victim( and the definition of a crime is there must be or hurt or injured party the state or government cannot be the victim), IF there is no hurt or injured or damaged party you do not have a victim, and no victim no crime! ( There is no such thing as a victimless crime that is shit made up by the American Bar Association)
The negative nexus is where you are being accused of something and your presumption of innocence has been removed and the charging body does not have to prove that there is a crime, reversing and removing the constitutional provision of your presumption of innocence, and your presumption of innocence has been removed from you without due process of law or a hearing, and then you are forced with the burden of trying to prove your innocence to the alleged crime that Never Existed, this is what is called the Negative Nexus this was discovered by Christopher Hallett, from E clause LLC loss prevention, Christopher Hallett filed a lawsuit against every state bar in all 50 states against the Bar Association for being part of a monopoly and organized crime, shortly thereafter Christopher Hallett was murdered, he also proved that there was no oversight or loss prevention not only in the judiciary but in the entire government, and this is why our government is failing us.
Evidence of the negative nexus is when they call you into the courtroom and call you a defendant, if you are innocent and have not been convicted you're not a defendant, you're not a defendant until proven guilty!
When the judiciary has been weaponized this is what it looks like one is being used as a weapon against liberty and justice and to remove political opponents of the Bar Association, they are the political operatives behind a deep state, and they are the political operatives behind all crimes in America!
This is how they convicted Jesus of a crime that never existed.
