INTERSTATE COMMERCE AND THE CONSTITUTION
IN THE STATE OF DELAWARE
What would be the purpose of having the Constitutional Republic and the government of the United States of America and in particular our form of government that allegedly guarantees the liberty and freedoms of the people, if a governor or a state could circumvent the Constitution of the United States of America at will?
The Governor of the state of Delaware John Carney has taken it upon himself and has joined in secret compact with foreign governments to use the Executive and Legislative powers of the government of Delaware to overthrow the will of the people and violate their constitutional liberties and freedoms or to purchase any item at their discretion from outside the State of Delaware and is interfering in free-trade and interstate commerce. By dictating to the people of the State of Delaware, and is acting as a Dictator Conspirator with other State Governors, and dictating what the people can purchase and own within the boundaries of the State of Delaware, thus interfering with interstate commerce and depriving the people of Delaware of their liberty to contract to purchase between the states at their own will which is interstate commerce.
The jurisdiction of The United States of America, thus interfering in the business of interstate commerce and the rights of the people to contract within the boundaries of the United States of America with other states and people.
So in all of this, what would be the purpose of the Constitution of the United States of America if it was not to defend the liberties and freedoms of the people to live their lives as they wish? What would be the purpose of the government of the United States of America if it cannot guarantee the liberties and freedoms of its people?
Governor John Carney working in a secret compact with other governors and other legislative bodies of other states, and is warring against the Constitution of the United States of America and the United States American government to nullify the authority and powers of not only the United States of America and our laws but against the people of the United States of America!
Governor John Carney took an oath of office to uphold and protect and to defend The Constitution Of The United States of America because he has reneged on that oath of office by violating the trust of the people and the spirit of the law and has chosen to war against the Constitution of the United States of America, and the people. Violate the people's liberties and freedom he should be here be charged with the perjury of the oath of office and treason against the people of the United States of America and the Constitution of the United States of America by acting without authority to try to regulate the liberties and freedoms of a free people of not only the State of Delaware but also the people of the United States of America and our form of government. And the United States government itself therefore should be impeached and removed from office immediately, as any and all conspirators assisting in the actual dictatorship. to steal the liberties and freedoms of any of the people of the State of Delaware should be charged likewise, and any conspirators.
And governors from other states should be charged as well, such as New York, New Jersey, California, and any state restricting interstate commerce from one state to another pertaining to any product, not just automobiles or technologies but any product on the free market.
