When the Founding Fathers wrote the Declaration of Independence
They knew that this document was called a grand Petition of remonstrance, and a remonstrance is an official and proper form of protest to the government, it also includes instructions to the government for relief, it is also a complaint about the relief of trespasses and charges of criminal acts That transpired upon the individual Is the reason for filing the petition of remonstrance, But more importantly, it is an order from the people to the legislative body of government to perform their job duties and functions defined under their oath of office, which is about The protection of the Constitution of the United States of America, Which Is designed to protect the liberties and freedoms of the American people from any trespasses from any government agent or agency elected or appointed.
The founding fathers of this nation upon assuming control of these lands, when they wrote the Declaration of Independence they knew they were creating a religious standing and their political philosophy and ideology of government, And they also knew exactly what they were doing when they wrote All of these documents, And These documents were all interwoven to protect our liberties and freedoms and our form of government. and That is why they Purposely used the exact wordage in the documents, they knew that they were creating the nation's religion, based upon Christianity because they believe that Christianity was the most moral fair, and just religion that existed in the world if you doubt my word look up the history.
Upon building this governments political and religious standing, they ensured that the rights of the people could not be trespass upon, the people could not be alienated from Their rights by any means, so they made the rights unalienable or un-a-lien-able, they did this through article 1 of the First Amendment, (Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances)
The restriction in the First Amendment article 1 was to protect the Constitution of the United States of America from any political entities from changing the nation's religion, thus stopping any trespass any liens on the people's rights, it was also acknowledged that the people's rights come from the creator, nature's God and God himself.
By making our founding documents a religious act and ordaining them to ensure that they are a religious act, removes any power from Congress according to article 1 or amendment one of the Constitution, that Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion when Congress tries to enact the law that infringes upon the religious standing of this nation, they are in contempt and in violation of their oath of office.
The oath of office is the very first act one must take before being sworn into office, that they swear to uphold and to protect the Constitution of the United States of America from any enemies foreign or domestic.
This oath of office is to guarantee to all American citizens that this individual taking this oath, first priority and job duty is to protect the religious rights and freedoms of the American people, and this is why it is felony perjury to violate your oath of office, or to insinuate or to join in with others to act to alter the same Constitution that they took an oath to uphold and protect, this is a premeditated and conscious act of treason against the American people, to deliberately attack the religious standing of this nation, a usurpation of power to erase all controls set on all political entities, deliberately to violate everyone's religious beliefs.
The founding fathers creating our documents of liberty and freedoms, did so to ensure peace and prosperity to all of the people of the United States, and to ensure this by building the union of the United States so that every state rules and laws reflected this political and religious ideology, and every state that joined the union of the United States of America agree to these rules, Before joining into The United States of America, This was a requirement to be a state in the union.
This is why the Democrats want to remove God out of America because they cannot change the Constitution lawfully as long as this is a Christian nation under God, they must change the religion of the nation first because the First Amendment prohibits them from infringing upon any religion.
