General Flynn promotes petition calling for martial law to oversee re-vote of 2020 election
Evidence of election fraud mounts in Georgia, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania as a run-off Senate election which will decide the balance of power in Washington D.C. approaches in Georgia on January 5. After new video evidence surfaced showing election fraud in Atlanta, there is no reason to believe that Americans can trust Georgia’s election process. The fraud seems to be stubborn and systemic. The Republican governor and Secretary of State have been slow to address the issues of fraud, and ordinary Americans despair that there will ever be a fair and honest election in the US again.
In light of all the fraud being exposed by President Trump’s legal team and attorney Sidney Powell, General Michael Flynn, the former National Security Adviser to President Trump, is promoting a petition calling for the suspension of the Constitution and the imposition of martial law to secure a revote for the 2020 presidential election in order to avert a second civil war.
According to the Daily Caller, the petition promoted by Flynn was “published Tuesday by the Ohio-based non-profit group We The People Convention.” The petition stated that “there was “no peaceful way left to preserve our Union” following President-elect Joe Biden’s electoral victory and urged Trump to exercise his “extraordinary authority” to avert a second civil war.” The petitioners point to President Abraham Lincoln’s actions to preserve the Union
The petition lays out the case that enemies are within the US undermining the Constitution and calls on all officials, especially the President, to act to save the country.
President Trump, you and every other official in our local, state, and federal governments, and everyone in our law enforcement and military have sworn and oath that says, “I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic.” It is time for everyone who swore that oath to act upon it. The enemies are within our gates and our Constitution and nation are in real risk of being lost to this socialist/communist invasion unless you act decisively.
The petition calls for a revote and demands “limited” martial law because:
When the legislators, courts and/or Congress fail to do their duty under the 12th Amendment, you must be ready Mr. President to immediately declare a limited form of Martial Law, and temporarily suspend the Constitution and civilian control of these federal elections, for the sole purpose of having the military oversee a national re-vote.
In order to assure that the vote is fair, the petition demands paper ballots, no computers, and hand counting with observers from both parties.

Stating what should have already been done, the petition demands registered voters with photo ID to prove the voter lives in the state they are voting in.

Reiterating the need for the military to oversee the election, the petition again points to the corrupted political class overseeing the election.
Unfortunately we are at a point where we can only trust our military to do this because our corrupt political class and courts have proven their inability to act fairly and within the law.
