Here's my thought for today
Hello, my Christian constitutional American patriots.
Good morning friends and fellow Americans and patriots,
Greetings to my Christian friend's Patriots 3% ers, and tea party freedom fighters.
The Federal Constitution Versus State Constitution, or Rules of the game or maximums of law!
Here's my analogy, let's say that every state has a baseball team and they all get together and they create something called the National League.
One of the things that they must do is establish uniform rules of the game, for all of the teams in the National League, let's say that all the teams are the states.
The reason for this is that if a baseball team from Pennsylvania plays a game in, Michigan, or California, or Idaho, or Texas or New York, all the rules will be exactly the same for the game, in all of these participating municipalities or jurisdictions.
Everyone playing the game will know the rules will not change from one jurisdiction to another or from one state to another, and all the teams when they got together and created the National League, let's call this the federal Constitution or federal government, by the contract they the states, all agreed to all of these rules or maximums of law.
Now the teams themselves can have their own rules that govern their team, up to the point to where it cannot affect or supersede or trespass on the compact, or contract that the teams agreed to when they joined the National League, let's call this the (states constitution), or the powers of the state.
The states have the right like a corporation, to manage the policy statute and codes for their Corporation, or baseball team, but they cannot individually change the rules or policy for the National League individually, it would take a majority of the teams, with the agreement of all the teams to change the rules of the game nationally, let's call this an article 5 convention, or a constitutional convention.
So basically the states constitution or rules cannot supersede the federal Constitution (rules or laws for the game) the national league, they must work within those rules and parameters, because this is what all of the teams agreed to so that there would be a fair and level playing field for all.
So now The umpires for the game! are the judiciary branch of government, as we all know when the umpires are corrupt, the game has been corrupted, and this is the problem we're having in America today, there is no guarantee at this point in our nation's history, when one team travels to another jurisdiction or municipality, that the rules that were agreed to by all the participating members of the National League are going to be followed or adhered to by the umpires! or the judiciary! and this has corrupted the game and the judiciary is trying to take over the National League to change the rules of the game so that they can pick the winners and losers, removing Fair play injustice from the game! At which at some point everyone will want to quit the National League, The United States government!
Because the judiciary or the umpires wish to create their own, world league, the new world order!
The executor or the executive branch of government,( the president ) recognizes the problem and is fighting to keep Fair play and justice in the game, but some of the executors for the teams have been corrupted by the members of the judiciary.
So the players of the teams (We The People), and some of the team executors ( governors ) are working to reestablish and to make sure that the rules of the game or maximum law is reestablished so that everyone is represented equally and fair, and then we can all get back to playing ball under strict rules of Fair play or taking back control and freedoms of our lives.
