DO WE HAVE A NATURAL RIGHT TO JUSTICE?TO

       Do we as United States Citizens have a right to justice? 

This has become a National concern.

In America, the government governs the citizenry according to the law, not by the whims or fancies of our leaders. By requiring our leaders to enact and publish the law, and to adhere to the same law that applies to each citizen, the rule of law acts as a potent barrier against the tyrannical and arbitrary government. The rule of law also requires that the same law govern all citizens. Founding Father Samuel Adams observed that the rule of law means that “There shall be one rule of Justice for the rich and the poor; for the favorite in Court, and the Countryman at the Plough.” - Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Michael Warren        
       
The Rule of Law: In its simplest form, the rule of law means that “no one is above the law.” It is the foundation for the development of peaceful, equitable and prosperous societies. For the rule of law to be effective, there must be equality under the law, transparency of law, an independent judiciary and access to legal remedy. The rule of law is a basic concern in the creation of the Constitution. Constitutional
law can only be fully and effectively implemented when the laws of a country or region as a whole are respected by the citizenry and the Government. When such a condition has come to pass, then it may be considered that the rule of law is present.  
      
Equality before the law, like universal suffrage, holds a privileged place in our political system, and to deny equality before the law delegitimizes that system. . .  when these rights are denied, the expectation that the affronted parties should continue to respect the political system . . . that they should continue to treat it as a legitimate political system--has no basis. —David Luban, Lawyers, and Justice: An Ethical Study, 251, 264-66 n.12 (Princeton Univ. Do these six things tell the average American anything? 1- “I hereby rule that the provisions of the United States and New York Constitutions and of the Constitutions and By-Laws of The American Legion and any subordinate body are irrelevant and you are expressly directed not to raise them.” – 12/14/2015 Charles G. Mills, American Legion Department Judge Advocate (DJA) 2- Our New York State Governor Cuomo has said “America was never that great” –NY Times, Fox News, The Guardian, 3- A President of the United States of America refused to wear the U.S. Flag on his lapel, 4- Our Representatives will not uphold the provisions of the U.S. Constitution, 5- Our U.S. Justice Department refuses to open its doors to Law Abiding U.S. Citizens, and 6- The US Quits On Human Rights -June 21, 2018, by Mitchell Plitnick.
          
Does crime pay? YES! When Law Abiding U.S. Citizens press legal charges against criminals; it will be the Law Abiding U.S. Citizen that will be further victimized, disarmed and denied court access by our Police, Lawyers, and Courts; this has been proven. Just ask the President, The U.S. Justice Department our NYS Governor, our Police, Lawyers, Courts, and The American Legion all of whom are protecting real criminals and allowing those criminals to keep their firearms; even after threats against life. While our Law Abiding U.S. Citizens are being forced to lose their lives in an attempt to expose the criminals, open our Courts and protect the United States Constitutions; for all Americans. If our Government and the Public desirer to prevent conflicts, then open our Courts and give the new criminal (the Law abiding defenders of our Constitution) a place to air their legal grievance; as provided for by the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution (Article VI, Clause 2), the  5th and 14th  Amendments.

Without the U.S. Constitution, the compact between the sovereign states which creates the United States and its republican federal government, and the Bill of Rights, the first ten amendments to the U.S. Constitution, there can be no republic, no union of the states and no federal government, which means no federal authority at all. 14th Amendment | Constitution | US Law | LII / Legal ...No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. When the statute (the will of Congress) conflicts with the Constitution (the will of people), judges must side with the Constitution.                    
The police, courts, news media and paid attorneys have had the evidence from the beginning and will not do anything to help.  Now my accusers have cleared me of everything, and still, they will do nothing. Will I have to die an innocent patriot defending a “FREE” nation’s laws; before anyone will help? Remember the U.S. Supreme Court has found that defending life, liberty, property, and country (the U.S. Constitution) with deadly physical force is a lawful and constitutional right of self-defense.
