Bombshell: Congressman says FBI may have planted stories to hurt Trump
Six months ago, the FBI’s Peter Strzok and the Justice Department’s Lisa Page were just two small fish in the big pond of Washington. But now, the pair is the center of what one congressman is calling an outright coup against President Donald Trump.
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) told Fox News host Martha Mac Callum on Wednesday that new text messages released between Strzok and Page reveal that the two may have been involved in propaganda operations to the American people to ensure that Trump didn’t win the presidency.
And what was their narrative and what was their plan? It was the insurance policy that was designed to make sure that we can’t take the risk the American people are going to elect Donald Trump president. So now this all fits together.
The Plot Thickens
In Solomon’s Tuesday report, previously unseen text messages were released between Strzok — the top counterintelligence official in the FBI — and Page, a Department of Justice (DOJ) attorney with whom Strzok was having an affair — which show far more than just poor opinions about Trump. The texts make it clear that the pair had prior knowledge of news articles coming out, and even discussed ways to pretend that they had “found” them.

Strzok’s message read:
Wsj [Wall Street Journal]? Boy that was fast. Should I “find” it and tell the team? I can get it like I do every other article that hits any Google News alerts, seriously.
Strzok went on to explain that he didn’t want his team to find out about the article “from someone else.”
“Further our Narrative”
In his conversation with MacCallum, Jordan mentioned both these text messages and Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s (D-Calif.) recent decision to release transcripts of an August interview held by the Senate with Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson to the public.
Jordan told MacCallum of the transcripts:
What I found most interesting about what I’ve been able to read thus far is the fact that Glenn Simpson said Christopher Steele told him the FBI had another source. How did Christopher Steele know that? Did the FBI tell him? And if they did, why is the FBI telling Christopher Steele, the guy who was paid by Fusion, who was paid by the Clinton campaign…they got another source on this whole Russia investigation? I think that is interesting and something we need to get to the bottom of.
The senator also asserted that the transcripts, along with the messages so far released between Strzok and Page, reveal clear corruption in the Justice Department.
“Those text messages that John Solomon wrote about along with what Sen. Feinstein released,” Jordan said, “fits this idea that the FBI was actively planning and orchestrating in a systematic way, this idea we’re going to generate stories that further our narrative and the plan we have.”

Propaganda Operations
The bias already seen in the Justice Department is unforgivable, but the fact that the DOJ may have “planted” stories to further a pro-Hillary Clinton narrative is simply despicable.
This is simply not okay.
